Kanye West's 'Yeezy Porn' Faces Lawsuit Over Toxic Workplace and Minor Exploitation Claims
A lawsuit has been filed against Kanye West's 'Yeezy Porn' venture, alleging degrading work conditions and inappropriate behavior towards employees, including minors.

The lawsuit claims West acquired an app development team to create a music streaming platform to avoid sharing profits with services like Spotify and Apple Music. Multiple developer groups, known as YZYVSN and YZYAPP, competed for the project.
Key allegations in the lawsuit include:
- Hiring minors as young as 14 without proper safeguards
- Creating a hostile work environment with racial harassment and discrimination
- Forcing employees, including minors, to sign NDAs under threat of termination
- Bianca Censori allegedly sending inappropriate content to workers
- Discord chat groups filled with harassment based on age, race, gender, and ethnicity
- Workers being referred to as "slaves" and "new slaves"
- False promises of payment and acquisition deals
Milo Yiannopoulos, who was involved in the project, allegedly fostered a racist working environment and made false promises about payment. He later left the project on May 20, citing concerns for his mental and physical health.
The plaintiffs describe the workplace as "hostile, intimidating, and harassing," with constant deadline changes and cult-like behavior among workers. Yiannopoulos has dismissed the lawsuit as a "sad race hustle" brought by "inept developers."
The case is filed as Shemar DaCosta v. Yeezy LLC.
