Sean "Diddy" Combs' $61.5 million Beverly Hills mansion has been reportedly delisted from public listings, though it remains available through select agencies including Westside Estate Agency.

The 10-bedroom, 13-bathroom property, which Combs purchased for $39 million in 2014, has faced challenges in attracting buyers since its listing less than six months ago.

The mansion's recent history may be affecting its marketability. Federal agents raided the property during an investigation into Combs' alleged illegal activities, reportedly causing significant property damage. The property was allegedly the site of several "freak off" parties where prosecutors claim Combs used his influence to coerce women.
