Adria English, known professionally as Omunique, claims the incidents began around 2004 when her boyfriend auditioned for Combs' Sean John clothing line. According to the lawsuit, English was hired as a "go-go dancer" for Diddy's White Party, where she alleges she was drugged with alcohol laced with narcotics and eventually coerced into sexual activities with guests.
The lawsuit details that English was later "groomed" into sex trafficking, being forced to have sexual encounters with various party guests, including Jacob Arabov (Jacob the Jeweler), who is named as a defendant. She claims she received additional payment for these encounters beyond her dancing fees.
Key allegations in the lawsuit include:
- Forced sexual encounters with party guests
- Manipulation through career advancement promises
- Threats of industry blackballing
- Use of drugged alcohol at events
- Being made to wear black instead of white at parties to identify her status
The lawsuit names multiple defendants:
- Sean "Diddy" Combs
- Bad Boy Entertainment
- Sean John Clothing
- Combs Global Enterprises
- Tamiko Thomas (alleged facilitator)
- Jacob the Jeweler
- Vibe Magazine
- Penske Media
- Various unnamed employees
Combs' attorney Jonathan Davis has denied all allegations, stating that Mr. Combs "has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone" and expressing confidence in prevailing against these claims in court.
