Both Kingston and Turner face accusations of defrauding victims through fraudulent purchases of luxury cars, jewelry, and other high-end goods. They've pleaded not guilty to one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud and five counts of wire fraud in federal court. If convicted, they could face several years in prison.
The pair were arrested on May 23, with Kingston apprehended at Fort Irwin Army training base during a performance and his mother detained during a police raid on their rented Florida mansion.
Additionally, Kingston faces a $916,000 default judgment from Dream Watch over unpaid luxury timepieces. The lawsuit alleges Kingston agreed to purchase:
- A Richard Mille Model RM 65.01 Automatic ($534,000)
- A Patek Philippe watch ($378,000)
The jewelry company claims Kingston received the watches but never completed payment, offering various excuses before ceasing communication entirely. Kingston failed to respond to the lawsuit while in California custody awaiting extradition to Florida.

Prosecutors allege Kingston and his mother obtained more than $1 million through their fraudulent schemes. Their attorney, Robert Rosenblatt, maintains Kingston's innocence and plans to address double jeopardy issues between federal and state courts.
