The ultimatum, delivered via certified letter, threatens contract termination unless several key demands are met:

• Information regarding critical remarks about members in a leaked document
• An apology from a Hybe act's manager regarding alleged comments about member Hanni

The conflict stems from Min's earlier dispute with Hybe over alleged image similarities between NewJeans and Belift Lab's Illit. Despite her departure, Min continues legal proceedings against Hybe for alleged contractual violations.
