LG Electronics has launched LG Radio+, a new radio and podcast-streaming service for its smart TVs, in partnership with Radioline platform.

The ad-supported service offers access to live radio stations and podcasts through an intuitive interface. Users can access content through the LG ThinQ app, providing convenient audio streaming anywhere in the room. The service will also be available via the "My" button on xboom speakers later this year.
Currently available in the U.S. and Korea, LG Radio+ features:
- Over 14,500 channels in the United States
- Over 440 channels in Korea
- Popular stations like NPR, CNN Radio, Fox Radio, and The Joe Rogan Experience
- Live local stations in Korea
- Real-time trending music updates
- Personalized favorites selection
Users can access LG Radio+ through:
- Content Store and Apps
- Voice search function on LG Magic Remote
- LG ThinQ app
The service features an On Air page displaying popular audio channels and a Featured page showcasing trending music updated in real-time. The integration with LG ThinQ app ensures seamless connectivity with LG audio devices for enhanced user experience.
This strategic partnership with Radioline differentiates LG's approach from other tech companies that typically develop proprietary music services, offering instead a comprehensive audio streaming solution tailored for smart TV users.
