During a holiday stream with Kick streamer Adin Ross, Drake shared his vision for a 10-episode annual series that would follow him traveling worldwide to facilitate charitable giving. The concept was inspired by his 2018 "God's Plan" music video, where he gave away nearly $1 million to random people in Miami.
Drake explained his goal was to connect wealthy donors with meaningful charitable opportunities, stating, "I know there's a lot of billionaires out there, people who have a lot of money, who don't have a chance to put a face to their charitable donations."
The rapper demonstrated his commitment to giving during his recent "Drizzmas Giveaway" stream, where he distributed significant prizes including:
- $100,000 for a Toronto-based artist
- A dream vacation for a couple
- Two $250,000 cash prizes
- A luxury car
- One year of rent for two winners
- Vehicles for three families
- Tickets to see Drake perform in Australia
Despite Bezos's rejection, Drake's estimated $250 million net worth suggests he could potentially fund such a project independently.
"I can't even sleep," Drake shared before the holiday stream. "We are blessing so many people. It's the greatest feeling in the world. I am READY."
