According to the 17-page lawsuit filed on November 27 in Los Angeles Superior Court, Combs allegedly entered Cassie Ventura's apartment uninvited, where Bongolan was staying. The lawsuit claims Combs:
- Groped Bongolan on the 17th-floor balcony
- Dangled her over the balcony railing while shouting threats
- Slammed her into patio furniture after Ventura intervened
- Previously forced drugs on her during a photo shoot
- Made death threats, stating "I'm the motherf—king devil"
The 4'11", 100-pound designer claims she "suffered, and continues to suffer, injuries and damages including physical injury, and mental and emotional distress." The lawsuit also details witnessed abuse between Combs and Ventura, including an alleged incident involving thrown kitchen knives.
Combs is currently detained at Brooklyn's Metropolitan Detention Center, facing separate charges of sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution. He has been denied bail three times.
