The one-day event will feature an impressive lineup of metal bands influenced by Black Sabbath, including Metallica, Anthrax, Gojira, Pantera, and Slayer. Despite his recent health challenges, Ozzy will perform both a solo set and join his former bandmates.

"It's my time to go Back to the Beginning... time for me to give back to the place where I was born," said Ozzy. "Birmingham is the true home of metal. Birmingham Forever."

The event, directed by Tom Morello, will also showcase a supergroup featuring Billy Corgan, Slash, Fred Durst, Wolfgang Van Halen, and others performing Sabbath and Ozzy classics. Additional performers include Alice in Chains, Halestorm, Lamb of God, and Mastodon.

Sharon Osbourne confirmed this will be 76-year-old Ozzy's final concert, noting, "Ozzy didn't have a chance to say goodbye to his friends, to his fans, and he feels there's been no full stop. This is his full stop."

Formed in Birmingham in 1968, Black Sabbath has sold over 75 million albums worldwide and pioneered the heavy metal genre. All proceeds from the event will benefit Cure Parkinson's, Birmingham Children's Hospital, and Acorn Children's Hospice.

Tickets go on sale at 10 AM GMT on Friday, February 14 through Live Nation.
