Notable contributions came from private donors including Irving Azoff, U2, the Eagles, Andrew Hauptman, and Ellen Bronfman Hauptman. The Ballmer family continues to match all donations dollar-for-dollar through February 7th, further amplifying the impact.

The Annenberg Foundation is leading the FireAid Grants Advisory Committee, which consists of experienced LA-region philanthropic leaders. They are currently finalizing the distribution strategy to ensure funds reach those most in need.

Additional wildfire relief efforts include:

  • The Grammy Awards raising $24 million
  • Jelly Roll's free Rose Bowl show for first responders
  • NAMM's dedicated relief fund
  • Live Nation's Gve a Fck LA benefit concert at Hollywood Palladium
  • Bandcamp's upcoming donation of 100% of profits on February 7th to MusiCares

The FireAid concerts attracted over 50 million viewers, making it one of the most successful music industry charitable initiatives for wildfire relief. The combined efforts of multiple organizations and artists demonstrate the music community's strong commitment to supporting those affected by the wildfires.

The success of FireAid highlights the power of collaborative fundraising efforts within the entertainment industry, with multiple stakeholders coming together to provide meaningful support for wildfire victims.
