Key aspects of the partnership include:

  • Building AI models that respect copyright and name/likeness rights
  • Creating new monetization opportunities for copyright holders
  • Developing an ecosystem for AI-driven music experiences
  • Ensuring accurate attribution for all content

KLAY's leadership team includes:

  • Ary Attie (Founder and CEO)
  • Thomas Hesse (former President of Sony Music Entertainment)
  • Björn Winckler (joining from Google Deepmind)

The company plans to launch in the coming months with an innovative product designed to revolutionize music creation and experience. This partnership represents a significant step toward establishing ethical standards in AI-generated music while protecting artists' interests and fostering creativity in the music industry.
