Trump FBI Director Pick Vows to Make Confidential Diddy Files Public
Donald Trump's controversial FBI Director nominee, Kash Patel, announced plans to release confidential documents known as the "Diddy list" and Epstein files, aiming to expose alleged decades of corruption within federal agencies.

During an appearance on the Benny Johnson podcast, Patel stated, "They are terrified. [Trump's] going to come in there and maybe give the Epstein list and maybe give the P. Diddy list. The American people deserve the truth."
Patel claims the FBI has "direct control" of the Epstein list and alleges Bill Gates is "lobbying" Congress to prevent its disclosure. The Diddy list has gained particular attention amid mounting sex trafficking allegations against Sean "Diddy" Combs, who was arrested in September.
Speaking to The EconoTimes, Patel emphasized, "These documents, particularly those linked to Epstein and Diddy, could shed light on matters the American people deserve to understand. It's time to clear the air and reveal who's been involved in covering up the truth."
While Trump has hinted at possibly releasing the Epstein list, he hasn't explicitly promised to do so or mentioned the Diddy list. Patel has advocated for releasing these documents since last year, stating, "Put on your big boy pants and let us know who the pedophiles are."
Former Attorney General William Barr has expressed concerns about Patel's potential appointment, calling it "dangerous" due to his lack of traditional law enforcement experience and history of controversial statements.
