The decision comes after numerous fans reported receiving unexpected transfer confirmation emails, with their tickets being moved to unknown accounts without permission. While some cases have been resolved following media attention, many fans remain affected, with some losing thousands of dollars.

A concerning pattern has emerged where even resolved cases have experienced subsequent unauthorized transfers, forcing affected customers to wait until three days before their show for ticket restoration.
