Key aspects of the partnership include:

  • Vinyl Group will retain 50% of net proceeds from business generated under the agreement
  • Integration of advertising across Songtradr's portfolio, including recently acquired Bandcamp
  • Opportunity to bundle Vinyl Group's services, including Vampr, Jaxsta, and The Brag Media

"This agreement broadens our capabilities and establishes the Vampr Ad Network's position as a key player in the global music advertising ecosystem," stated Vinyl Group CEO Josh Simons.

Songtradr CEO Paul Wiltshire added that the collaboration would "drive significant value for our brands and audiences."

The partnership follows Vinyl Group's recent acquisitions, including:

  • Serenade (Web3 platform)
  • Funkified Entertainment

Financial details reveal a A$2.3 million cash component for recent acquisitions, with additional performance-based share considerations for Serenade worth up to A$1.5 million.

The announcement led to a 4.76% increase in Vinyl Group's stock price (ASX: VNL), closing at A$0.11 per share.
