The partnership follows recent successes, including Sean Cook's ten-week run at #1 on the Billboard Hot 100 with "A Bar Song (Tipsy)." Since its 2023 launch, Range Music Publishing has achieved five top-charting songs across multiple formats, including country, top 40, rhythmic, hot AC, and dance radio.
Key achievements include:
- Paul Russell's "Lil Boo Thang"
- Geoff Warburton's work on Tyler Hubbard's "Back Then Right Now" and Luke Bryan's "But I Got a Beer in My Hand"
- Tyler Dopps' contribution to "Young & Foolish" by Loud Luxury
The deal encompasses six artists from Range's roster: Tyler Dopps, Grant Averill, Two Fresh, Luke Niccoli, Simon Oscroft, and Rudey. Range Music represents notable artists including Jack Harlow, Shaboozey, Tanya Tucker, Cordae, and Pentatonix.
Casey Robison, Range's executive, emphasizes that UMPG's team will maximize creative opportunities while providing top-tier administration for their growing roster. The partnership aims to enhance creative support and leverage Range's diverse connections across film, TV, sports, and gaming industries.
