Peloton Removes Diddy's Music Following Leaked Cassie Assault Video
Peloton has removed all of Sean "Diddy" Combs' music from its platform following the release of a 2016 video showing him assaulting ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura. The fitness company confirmed they have paused the use of Diddy's music and removed the Bad Boy Entertainment Artist Series from their platform.

The decision comes after concerned members called for the removal of Diddy's music, similar to the platform's 2022 removal of Kanye West's music following antisemitic remarks. Peloton stated that instructors will no longer use his music in any newly produced classes.
Following the footage's release, Diddy issued a public apology taking "full responsibility" for his actions, though he had previously denied the behavior. The apology has been widely criticized, particularly since it wasn't directed at Cassie - which TMZ reports is due to their settlement terms.
Former collaborator Aubrey O'Day noted, "Diddy did not apologize to Cassie. He apologized to the world for seeing what he did."
The fallout continues as New York Mayor Eric Adams is now considering revoking Diddy's key to the city, which was awarded in September 2023, just months before Cassie filed her lawsuit alleging physical abuse. Adams acknowledged the situation's severity, stating that while they've never rescinded a key before, they are evaluating next steps.
