• Jorge Drexler: Song of the Year ("Derrumbe")
• Ela Taubert: Best New Artist
• Edgar Barrera: Songwriter and Producer of the Year (second consecutive year)

Notable Category Winners:

• Best Latin Electronic Music Performance: Bizarrap & Shakira - "Bzrp Music Sessions, Vol. 53 (Tiesto Remix)"
• Best Urban Music Album: Karol G - "Mañana Será Bonito (Bichota Season)"
• Best Pop Vocal Album: Luis Fonsi - "El Viaje"

The ceremony featured performances by an all-star lineup including DJ Khaled, Jon Bon Jovi, Anitta, Becky G, Kali Uchis, Pitbull, Luis Fonsi, Grupo Frontera, and Carlos Vives.

Multiple award winner Nathy Peluso secured three Latin Grammys, including Best Long Form Video, Best Alternative Song, and Best Rap/Hip-Hop Song.
