Jimmie Allen's Sexual Assault Case Dismissed After Agreement with Former Manager, Second Lawsuit Remains Active
A sexual assault lawsuit against country singer Jimmie Allen has been dismissed following a mutual agreement between Allen and his former manager (Jane Doe). The dismissal includes Allen dropping his countersuit for defamation against the accuser.

According to attorney Beth Fegan of FeganScott, representing Jane Doe, both parties have agreed to dismiss their claims, reflecting a mutual desire to move past litigation.
The case will continue against Wide Open Music and founder Ash Bowers, where the plaintiff worked as Allen's day-to-day manager. The lawsuit alleges that the management firm failed to protect her from Allen's alleged abusive behavior and terminated her employment when she reported the incidents.
Allen still faces another sexual assault lawsuit from a second Jane Doe, filed on June 9, alleging assault in a Las Vegas hotel room and non-consensual recording. Allen has denied all allegations and filed countersuits for defamation in both cases.
