A new sexual assault lawsuit against Sean "Diddy" Combs names comedian Druski and NFL player Odell Beckham Jr. among the defendants, marking the latest in over 100 legal actions against the music mogul.

The lawsuit, filed in California, alleges that plaintiff Ashley Parham and two unnamed individuals were victims of assault in 2018. According to the filing, the incident occurred after Parham made comments about Combs's alleged involvement in Tupac Shakur's 1996 murder during a FaceTime call.

The lawsuit claims Parham was drugged and assaulted after being lured to an apartment under false pretenses. She alleges she later managed to escape, during which time an altercation occurred involving a knife and gunshots.

Both Druski and Beckham have strongly denied the allegations. Druski stated he wasn't even in the entertainment industry in 2018, while Beckham expressed confidence that his name would be cleared.

Combs's representatives have dismissed the allegations, stating that he wasn't in Orinda, California, when the alleged assault occurred. They noted that local law enforcement had already investigated and found the claims unfounded.

Currently, Combs, 55, remains in custody without bail in New York City, facing charges of sex trafficking and racketeering. He has denied all allegations, with his trial scheduled to begin on May 5.
