Following the arrest of music mogul Sean 'Diddy' Combs in Manhattan, federal prosecutors have revealed a detailed indictment charging him with three felony counts: racketeering, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution.

The indictment alleges that Combs operated a criminal enterprise spanning 16 years, beginning in 2008. Key allegations include:

• Coercing women into forced sex acts at events called 'freak offs'
• Recording victims without consent and using footage as blackmail
• Using illegal drugs to control victims
• Employing staff to facilitate and cover up criminal activities
• Physical assault against multiple victims
• Using his business operations to support criminal activities

Federal authorities seized significant evidence during raids on his Miami and Los Angeles properties, including 1,000 bottles of lubricants. The U.S. Government is seeking to recover "any and all property" and monetary assets connected to these alleged crimes.

In May 2024, surveillance footage emerged showing Combs physically assaulting his former girlfriend Cassie Ventura in a hotel hallway, for which he later apologized.

Combs has pleaded not guilty to all charges in a New York courtroom. U.S. Attorney Damian Williams stated the investigation remains ongoing and urged witnesses to come forward.

The case, officially titled "United States v. COMBS," continues to develop as prosecutors build their case against the music mogul, who was denied bail and remains in custody awaiting trial.
