Diddy Behind Bars: Judge Denies Bail in Sex Trafficking Case
Sean 'Diddy' Combs has been denied bail and is currently being held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn following his arrest on federal charges. The hip-hop mogul faces three felony counts including racketeering, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution.

The federal indictment alleges that Diddy "abused, threatened, and coerced women and others around him to fulfill his sexual desires, protect his reputation, and conceal his conduct" over several decades.
His attorney, Marc Agninfilo, maintains Combs's innocence, stating that while his client is "an imperfect person," he is "not a criminal." Agninfilo emphasized that Diddy has been cooperative throughout the investigation and voluntarily relocated to New York ahead of the charges.
The Metropolitan Detention Center, where Diddy is currently held, is notorious for its poor conditions, including:
- Rat infestations
- Freezing temperatures during power outages
- Worm and maggot-infested food
- Frequent inmate attacks
Diddy is scheduled to appeal the decision to deny bail during a Manhattan federal court hearing. The facility previously housed Ghislaine Maxwell during her sex-trafficking trial connected to Jeffrey Epstein.
