The reggaeton star's December 13 filing claims González took $80 million from his El Cartel Records account and $20 million from Los Cangris company account. The lawsuit also names González's sister, Ayeicha González Castellanos, who serves as secretary and treasurer at El Cartel Records where Mireddys González is CEO.

The 16-page court document states that despite being the owner and revenue generator for Cartel Records Inc., Rodriguez (Daddy Yankee's real name) has been denied access to financial information and company operations.

Key allegations in the filing include:

  • Unauthorized withdrawals despite explicit warnings
  • Improper concentration of operational power
  • Negligent company performance
  • Failure to maintain proper corporate documentation
  • Irresponsible financial decisions

González is also accused of hiring an unauthorized third party to handle the sale of Rodriguez's music catalog to Concord at what the filing claims was "unreasonable, disproportionate, and far below the real value."

The case follows the recent announcement of the couple's divorce after 20 years of marriage, during which González served as both El Cartel's CEO and Daddy Yankee's manager. Rodriguez is requesting immediate removal of both González and her sister from any corporate positions and full disclosure of withheld documentation.
