CIA Documents Reveal Psychic Program 'Located' Biblical Ark of the Covenant
A recently declassified CIA document from 1988 reveals fascinating details about a psychic spy program's attempt to locate the biblical Ark of the Covenant. The document, part of the CIA's Stargate Program, contains detailed psychic visions that align remarkably with historical descriptions of the sacred artifact.
During the remote viewing session, the psychic (who wasn't told what they were looking for) described:
- A container within a container made of wood, gold, and silver
- Coffin-like shape decorated with seraphim
- Located in a dark, wet Middle Eastern location
- Surrounded by Arabic-speaking men in white garments
- Protected by unknown entities with mysterious powers
The declassified files include drawings of the Ark and seraphim, along with notes suggesting it "cannot be opened until the time is deemed correct." The document also mentions the Ark's connection to resurrection and warns that anyone attempting to force it open would face destruction by its protectors.
However, the findings are disputed. Joe McMoneagle, a former Army Warrant Officer and pioneer of the CIA's psychic warfare program, dismissed the document as "just a training exercise," telling the New York Post that if remote viewing proved the Ark's existence, it should be physically discoverable.
The Ark of the Covenant, believed to contain the Ten Commandments given to Moses, remains one of history's greatest archaeological and theological mysteries. While this CIA document adds an intriguing chapter to its story, the ancient artifact's true location continues to elude discovery.
