Burke shared the news via Instagram Reel, describing the decision as "bittersweet" while emphasizing that the podcast's intention was never to disparage the show that launched her career. The podcast covered various aspects of the NBC series, including professional dancer-celebrity relationships, showmances, and notable incidents like Artem Chigvintsev's domestic violence arrest.

"This chapter has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life, filled with growth, meaningful conversations, and powerful connections," Burke stated. She encouraged listeners to review past episodes to understand the podcast's true intention of storytelling and connection.

Burke's history with Dancing with the Stars spans from 2006 (Season 2) through the Season 31 finale in November 2022. She also notably replaced Abby Lee Miller on Dance Moms in 2017.

While the specific reason for the podcast's suspension wasn't revealed, Burke expressed gratitude to her supporters and reinforced that any negative headlines about her intentions "could not be further from the truth."
