Grammy-nominated artist Chappell Roan has ended her relationship with State Of The Art management, led by Nick Bobetsky, amid her rising success in the music industry.
The split comes as Roan celebrates four major Grammy nominations for 2025, including Album of the Year for "The Rise and Fall of a Midwest Princess," Record of the Year and Song of the Year for "Good Luck, Babe!" and Best New Artist. Former Ticketmaster CEO Nathan Hubbard confirmed the news on the Every Single Album podcast, noting that top industry managers are actively pursuing representation of the emerging star.
The 26-year-old artist has recently achieved several career milestones, including her Saturday Night Live debut where she performed her unreleased country-pop track "The Giver." She also premiered another new song, "Subway," at the Governors Ball festival.
Amid her success, Roan has been vocal about maintaining boundaries with fans, addressing issues of privacy and respect. "I don't agree with the notion that I owe a mutual exchange of energy, time, or attention to people I do not know, do not trust, or who creep me out — just because they're expressing admiration," she stated, emphasizing that her experience reflects a broader issue affecting many women.
