Tomorrowland Music Signs Global Publishing Partnership with BMG
Tomorrowland Music and BMG have formed an exclusive global partnership where BMG will manage and administer Tomorrowland's music publishing rights and co-sign new songwriters and producers. This collaboration marks Tomorrowland Music's evolution into a comprehensive music company.
The partnership enhances Tomorrowland's service offerings in electronic music, building upon their existing recorded music division that features releases from prominent artists like Vintage Culture, Martin Garrix, Alok, and Timmy Trumpet.
Tomorrowland Music now operates as a full-service music company with dedicated teams handling A&R, marketing, DSP, sync management, finance, and legal support. The BMG partnership specifically strengthens their publishing capabilities and music creation opportunities.
Michel Van Buyten, Head of Tomorrowland Music, emphasizes their goal to work with top electronic music producers and writers globally, utilizing the broader Tomorrowland and CORE ecosystems to expand electronic music's potential.
The partnership has already shown success through their first Lab of Tomorrow songwriting camp, which brought together 32 artists and songwriters. Notable outcomes include Goodboys and Blazey performing their camp-created song on the Tomorrowland main stage, and Henri PFR, Repiet, and Julia Kleijn performing at The Gathering after just two days of collaboration.
