Talent Agency 33 & West Cuts Ties with Kanye West Over Antisemitic Super Bowl Stunt
Talent agency 33 & West has officially terminated their representation of Kanye West, just nine months after signing him. Agency head Daniel McCartney announced the decision was made due to West's harmful and hateful remarks that neither he nor the agency could support.

The termination follows West's recent antisemitic statements on X/Twitter on February 7, followed by a controversial Super Bowl advertisement campaign. The ad directed viewers to Yeezy.com, which displayed merchandise featuring a swastika-emblazoned white t-shirt.
This incident occurred shortly after West's appearance at the Grammy Awards with his wife Bianca Censori, where they generated controversy with their red carpet appearance.
During his latest social media tirade, West:
- Expressed enjoyment when Jewish people refuse to work with him
- Stated he would "never apologize for my Jewish comments"
- Described himself as a Nazi
- Praised Hitler, calling him "so fresh"
The rapper is now facing legal challenges, with a former marketing staffer filing a lawsuit in Los Angeles Superior Court. The lawsuit alleges:
- Wrongful termination after West called her "ugly"
- Receipt of antisemitic text messages, including "Hail Hitler"
- Targeted harassment of Jewish employees and staffers
- Documentation of text messages stating "I am a Nazi" and "Welcome to the first day of working for Hitler"
This latest controversy follows West's 2022 fallout with Adidas, which terminated their $1 billion+ partnership following similar antisemitic remarks. That termination resulted in West's net worth dropping from $2 billion to $400 million.
