The hub features advanced facilities including:

  • 5 dedicated writer studios
  • 6 listening rooms
  • Professional recording studio with dual booths
  • Artist lounge
  • Collaborative office spaces
  • Social areas for creator networking

All creative suites are acoustically optimized and equipped with cutting-edge production technology. The design, developed in partnership with WSDG architects and RIOS design collective, balances Sony Music Publishing's heritage with modern innovation.

"Our focus has been on creating environments that nurture the talent, vision, and goals of our songwriters and people," says Jon Platt, Sony Music Publishing Chairman & CEO. "Our aim was to build a space that supports songwriters every step of the way."

This expansion is part of Sony Music Publishing's global initiative to support songwriters, with similar developments across the UK, Germany, Netherlands, Canada, Nashville, Spain, Colombia, Sweden, South Africa, and India. The company also recently relocated its Nashville headquarters to a 24,000-square-foot space at Music Row's 17th + Grand.
