SonoSuite Secures Strategic Investment from Dinastía to Boost Music Distribution Growth
Barcelona-based music tech company SonoSuite has secured a minority investment from Colombian company Dinastía Inc, strengthening their existing client relationship and strategic partnership.

The investment aims to enhance distribution opportunities and drive growth initiatives, while SonoSuite's founders maintain majority ownership and control. Dinastía, which specializes in urban music, seeks to expand its presence in the Latin American market through this partnership.
SonoSuite operates a white-label platform that enables independent record labels and music distributors to:
- Deliver their music catalogs
- Manage royalty payouts
- Generate detailed reports
The company has established partnerships with key industry players including:
- SoundExchange
- Merlin
- PPL
- IFPI
- Worldwide Independent Network (WIN)
This strategic move comes at a crucial time when independent artists are gaining increased market share. SonoSuite competes in the digital distribution space alongside established players like Distrokid and Tunecore, having recently joined the 'Friends of Impala' initiative to strengthen collaboration within the independent music sector.
