Las Vegas' Sick New World Festival 2025 has been abruptly cancelled, disappointing fans who were anticipating performances from headliners Metallica and Linkin Park, along with a stellar lineup of alternative and heavy metal acts.

Festival organizers announced the cancellation on their website, citing "unforeseen circumstances" that couldn't be overcome for the April 12, 2025 event. While specific reasons weren't disclosed, the cancellation comes just six weeks after the initial lineup announcement.
