Sean 'Diddy' Combs Faces Multiple Sexual Assault Allegations Including Minor Abuse in New Lawsuits
Sean 'Diddy' Combs faces new serious allegations of sexual assault involving minors, according to lawsuits filed in the New York Supreme Court.

A California resident, filing anonymously as John Doe, alleges Combs sexually assaulted him in 2005 when he was 10 years old. The incident allegedly occurred during what was supposed to be an audition meeting. According to the lawsuit, the child was drugged via a spiked beverage and subsequently assaulted in Combs' hotel room.
A second lawsuit filed the same day claims Combs sexually assaulted a 17-year-old during "Making the Band" auditions in 2008. The accuser states he was forced to perform sexual acts during three separate auditions, with Combs allegedly claiming it was "a test" of his dedication to the music industry.
These cases are part of approximately 120 new lawsuits being filed by attorney Tony Buzbee. Combs' legal team denies all allegations, stating they are "publicity stunts" and "demonstrably false."
Combs is currently detained at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn on charges including racketeering and sex trafficking. He has pleaded not guilty, and his trial is scheduled for May 2025.
