The acquisition encompasses Perlman's extensive catalog, featuring performances of classical masterpieces like Vivaldi's The Four Seasons and Tchaikovsky's Violin Concerto, as well as his contributions to film scores including Schindler's List and Memoirs of a Geisha.

The 79-year-old virtuoso, a 15-time Grammy winner and Presidential Medal of Freedom recipient, will work with Primary Wave to explore new marketing initiatives, synchronization opportunities, and potential film and television projects.

"I am excited to work with Primary Wave to see what plans they develop to take care of my recordings and to see what new opportunities they bring to the table," said Perlman, who first gained prominence after performing on The Ed Sullivan Show nearly 67 years ago.

Primary Wave VP Lexi Todd praised Perlman as "hands-down the greatest violinist of our time," expressing enthusiasm about working together to share his musicianship and story with new audiences.
