Metro Boomin Faces Sexual Battery Lawsuit Over Alleged 2016 Assault

Metro Boomin is facing serious legal allegations of sexual battery from an incident in 2016. According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Vanessa LeMaistre has filed a lawsuit against the producer.

Key allegations in the lawsuit:

  • LeMaistre claims she met Metro in Las Vegas in spring 2016 while grieving the loss of her 9-month-old son
  • The alleged assault occurred at Metro's Los Angeles studio after LeMaistre took half a Xanax and alcohol
  • She states she lost consciousness and awoke to being assaulted
  • LeMaistre claims she became pregnant as a result and terminated the pregnancy in November 2016

The plaintiff also alleges Metro referenced the incident in his 2017 song "Rap Saved Me" with the lyrics "She took a Xanny / Then she fainted / I'm from the gutter ... ain't no changing."

The lawsuit seeks unspecified damages for mental pain and anguish, plus punitive damages. Metro Boomin has not yet publicly responded to these allegations.
