The payment structure is divided into five tiers:
- Tier 1: $50,000 per month
- Tier 2: $25,000 per month
- Tier 3: $15,000 per month
- Tier 4: $5,000 per month
- Tier 5: $2,500 per month
Key contract requirements:
- 10 new Reels per month
- 3-month exclusivity period
- Videos must be 15 seconds to 3 minutes long
- 25% more content on Reels than other platforms
- Two Reels converted to Instagram Stories monthly
- Bi-monthly promotion of Instagram Reels on primary platform
The contracts target creators with over one million TikTok followers. One notable offer included $300,000 for six months of content creation.
However, some influencers and managers are skeptical about the deals. They cite concerns about content tracking requirements and question whether monetary incentives can effectively change consumer behavior.
Meta has not officially commented on these payment offers, while TikTok faces ongoing challenges in the United States, including potential bans and ownership changes.
