Live Nation has announced plans to build its first Southeast Asian music venue in Singapore, partnering with the Singapore Tourism Board. The 3,000-capacity venue will feature multiple performance spaces designed for both local and international artists.

The facility will include a café and bar that doubles as an intimate event space, creating a versatile entertainment destination. Live Nation will operate the venue using its global expertise, generating local jobs and boosting Singapore's economy.

Located along the iconic Orchard Road, the Grange Road event space will contribute to the area's ongoing revitalization efforts. Jean Ng from the Singapore Tourism Board emphasizes that this development will enhance the precinct's lifestyle offerings and appeal to both locals and tourists.

Kelvin Chow, CEO of Lendlease Global Commercial Trust Management, notes that the venue's development strengthens LREIT's presence in the Somerset area while contributing to Orchard Road's transformation into a world-class entertainment destination.

The multipurpose venue will host:

  • Live music performances
  • Cultural events
  • Business conferences
  • Community activities
  • Exhibition spaces
