  • Panoramic views of the Minnesota River Valley

The venue is expected to:

  • Host 30+ events each summer
  • Create 700 new jobs
  • Become Live Nation's second Minnesota venue alongside the Fillmore Minneapolis
  • Join Live Nation's portfolio of 265+ North American concert venues

The Canterbury Commons development will also include:

While Live Nation expands its venue portfolio, the company currently faces a Department of Justice antitrust lawsuit regarding alleged monopolistic practices in the live entertainment industry. The future of this legal action remains uncertain with potential changes in administration.

Ned Abdul, President & CEO of Swervo, emphasized the partnership's potential to enhance the regional music scene: "This partnership is an incredible opportunity to create a venue that meets the needs of artists and fans. Live Nation supports artists with deep expertise that will bring many more amazing shows to our region."
