Live Nation has officially discontinued its 'Lawnie Pass' program at outdoor amphitheaters across the United States. The popular summer-long pass, which sold for $239 in 2024, provided multiple benefits including fast-lane entry access, free parking, and unlimited lawn seating throughout the concert season.

While discontinuing the program, Live Nation announced via Instagram that they are developing "new and exciting programs" for future summer concert seasons. Previous Lawnie Pass holders will receive priority notification about these upcoming offerings.

The Lawnie Pass had provided significant value to concertgoers, typically covering approximately 25 concerts per season and including benefits such as:

  • Fast-lane entry access
  • Personalized entry credential
  • Free parking
  • Unlimited lawn seating

This change comes alongside other recent modifications to Live Nation's concert experience:

  • Mandatory $20 minimum parking fee for events
  • Higher fees for premier, VIP, and oversized vehicle parking
  • Ban on personal low-rise chairs (venues now require $15 chair rentals)

Live Nation has historically used all-access passes to boost attendance at venues with lower turnout, similar to their previous $59 Club Pass program and periodic $20 all-in tickets promotions. These promotional programs typically end once attendance goals are met.
