Lawsuit Claims Diddy Bragged About Role in Tupac's Murder
A new lawsuit claims Sean "Diddy" Combs allegedly boasted about orchestrating Tupac Shakur's murder. The legal filing, submitted by an anonymous plaintiff known as John Doe, includes serious accusations of both criminal threats and sex trafficking.

According to court documents, Diddy allegedly threatened the plaintiff by referencing Tupac's 1996 drive-by shooting, stating: "If I can get Pac hit, what the f*** do you think can happen to you?"

The lawsuit details additional allegations from John Doe, who claims he met Diddy in 2012 through a male companion service. The plaintiff alleges he was drugged and sexually assaulted at Diddy's request at a New York hotel, where he was reportedly coerced into "degrading acts" and subsequently threatened to remain silent.

While Diddy has consistently denied any involvement in Tupac's murder and has never been formally charged, this lawsuit adds to his mounting legal challenges. He currently remains in custody at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, facing charges of sex trafficking and racketeering. The hip-hop mogul has pleaded not guilty to all charges.
Tupac's murder remains one of hip-hop's most notorious unsolved cases, and these new allegations may prompt fresh scrutiny of the 1996 shooting. As multiple accusers come forward with various claims, public perception of the music industry veteran continues to evolve.
