Kendrick Lamar Keeps 'Not Like Us' in Super Bowl Show Despite Drake's Legal Pressure
Kendrick Lamar and the NFL are moving forward with plans to perform "Not Like Us" at the Super Bowl halftime show, despite potential legal threats and pressure to remove the song from the setlist.

The controversial Drake diss track is at the center of a billion-dollar defamation lawsuit against Universal Music Group (UMG). Drake's legal team has reportedly pressured the NFL to prevent the performance, claiming UMG orchestrated a scheme to promote the track and slander Drake. UMG has dismissed these claims as "ridiculous."
Despite the legal tensions, Lamar appears unfazed, likely because he isn't personally named in the lawsuit. The song's inclusion was confirmed through a new Super Bowl teaser, indicating both Lamar and the NFL are standing firm on their decision.
In related news, Lamar has partnered with designer Willy Chavarria for a limited-edition Super Bowl merchandise collection. The collaboration builds on their existing relationship, as Lamar has previously worn Chavarria's designs during his Big Steppers Tour. The collection will be available for purchase starting Wednesday, January 29, ahead of Sunday's Super Bowl performance.
