Kanye West sparked fresh controversy during Super Bowl LVIII by airing a low-budget commercial promoting swastika t-shirts on his website. The ad, filmed on an iPhone while West appeared to be sitting in a dentist's chair, directed viewers to his online store.

Initially offering various clothing items, the website quickly narrowed to selling just one product: a white t-shirt featuring a black swastika symbol, priced at $20. The controversial merchandise remains available for purchase as of this report.

This latest incident follows West's recent string of antisemitic statements on X (formerly Twitter), where he openly identified as a Nazi and expressed admiration for Adolf Hitler. Shortly after the Super Bowl ad aired, West deactivated his X account.

The Anti-Defamation League (ADL) strongly condemned West's actions. ADL CEO Jonathan Greenblatt stated, "Let's call Ye's hate-filled public rant for what it really is: a sad attempt for attention that uses Jews as a scapegoat. But unfortunately, it does get attention because Kanye has a far-reaching platform on which to spread his antisemitism and hate."

Actor David Schwimmer and various Jewish advocacy groups called on X owner Elon Musk to suspend West's account before the rapper's self-imposed deactivation. It remains unclear whether West plans to reactivate his account in the future.

The ADL further denounced the incident on X, describing it as "another egregious display of antisemitism, racism, and misogyny from Kanye West."
