The studio, which officially opened its current iteration in 2022, had become a premier recording destination featuring luxurious amenities including:

  • An onsite chef
  • Movie room
  • Steam room
  • Hot tub
  • Four-bedroom main house
  • Recently completed Zen Garden with 40-foot retractable canopy
  • Tea bar
  • Exercise area
  • Multiple ponds and waterfalls

Notable artists who recorded at Harbor Studios include:

  • Drake
  • SZA
  • Jack Harlow
  • Doja Cat
  • 21 Savage
  • Imagine Dragons
  • Nicki Minaj
  • Tate McRae
  • Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson

Despite the devastating loss, Brandon has announced plans to rebuild, stating on Instagram: "This is not the end of Harbor. We are restarting from scratch (again)... nothing we haven't done before." He emphasized that the experience gained from the original studio will inform improvements in the rebuild.

"The magic that has been bestowed upon us by our clients is something that can never leave. It's in the soil, it's in the air, and it's in our souls," Brandon added, concluding with the promise, "We will come back stronger from this."

The facility was among thousands of structures affected by the ongoing 17,000-acre Palisades Fire, with plans for reconstruction already underway in collaboration with the original studio builder.
