The lawsuit, filed in the US District Court for the Southern District of California, claims Graux's guitar loops were used without proper compensation or credit in Feid's songs "Ferxxo 100," "X20X," and "De Tanto Chimbiar."

Key details of the case:

  • Graux met with Feid's team at Icon Music in Colombia (September 2021)
  • During a Miami trip, Graux shared audio files with producer Jowan
  • "Ferxxo 100" has garnered over 444 million Spotify streams and 245 million YouTube views
  • Sky Rompiendo's company allegedly made an unfavorable proposal after the song's release
  • Additional defendants include Icon Music and producers Sky Rompiendo and Jowan

Graux, known for his work with Don Toliver, NBA YoungBoy, and Ricky Martin, seeks:

  • Compensatory or statutory damages
  • Producer credits on all three songs
  • Attorney fees compensation

Despite attempts to resolve the dispute outside of court, negotiations were unsuccessful, leading to this legal action. The case highlights ongoing issues of proper crediting and compensation in the music industry's collaborative landscape.
