A revenge porn lawsuit against DJ Diplo has been voluntarily dismissed after the court ruled that the anonymous accuser must reveal their identity to proceed with the case. The Jane Doe plaintiff dropped the lawsuit "in its entirety," though specific reasons for the withdrawal weren't disclosed.

The accuser had previously argued against revealing their identity, citing concerns about potential retaliation and privacy violations. The allegations dated back to 2016, which Diplo had publicly denied. While the accuser had filed a report with the NYPD, the current status of any related investigation remains unclear.

This dismissal marks another legal victory for the 46-year-old DJ, who recently settled a separate sexual assault dispute with Shelly Auguste. That case, which included stalking counterclaims from Diplo, was scheduled for trial in January before reaching settlement.

Diplo had acknowledged having "a night of consensual sex" with Auguste while denying her assault allegations. A separate sexual assault lawsuit filed by an alleged friend of Auguste's was also voluntarily dismissed, with the plaintiff expressing "regret" for filing after Diplo reportedly found video evidence of the encounter.

Currently, Diplo has not commented on the latest lawsuit dismissal on social media. He recently helped raise over $160,000 for the Los Angeles Fire Department and is scheduled to perform at several pre-Super Bowl events in New Orleans.
