Diddy Faces New Sexual Assault Lawsuit: Model Alleges 2003 Drugging and Assault at NYC Studio
Sean "Diddy" Combs faces a new sexual assault lawsuit from model Crystal McKinley, who alleges he drugged and assaulted her at a studio in 2003 following a New York City Men's Fashion Week event.
McKinley, who was 22 at the time, claims Combs invited her to his studio where she was given Hennessy and what she suspects was laced cannabis, making her feel unusually impaired. According to the lawsuit, Combs then forced himself on her in a bathroom, attempting to coerce her into oral sex. She later lost consciousness and awoke in a taxi, realizing she had been sexually assaulted.

The model states she was subsequently "blackballed" from the modeling industry for not complying with Combs's demands, leading to severe depression and a suicide attempt in 2004. Her decision to come forward was inspired by other lawsuits against Combs, including those filed by Cassie Ventura and Joi Dickerson-Neal.
Combs initially denied all allegations but recently released an apology video following the emergence of footage showing him assaulting Cassie Ventura in 2016. The Department of Homeland Security has also launched a federal investigation, conducting raids on Combs's Florida and California properties in April.

The lawsuit adds to mounting legal troubles for the music mogul, who recently settled Ventura's lawsuit just one day after it was filed.
