The deal maintains Will Holland as Enhanced Music's leader, with Create Music Group CEO Jonathan Strauss and SVP Eric Nguyen joining the label's board. Enhanced Music operates several genre-specific imprints, including Enhanced Chill and Enhanced Progressive, and holds rights to works by notable artists like The Chainsmokers, Wiz Khalifa, and Tiësto.

This acquisition aligns with the growing trend of dance music investments in 2024, including:

  • BMG's acquisition of Eurodance catalogs
  • Believe's 25% stake in Global Records
  • Armada Music's BEAT fund investments in Cloud 9 Music and various dance works

Create Music Group, now valued at $1 billion, employs over 400 people globally and continues to expand its presence in the music industry. The company recently acquired UK label Ostereo, demonstrating its commitment to strategic growth in the dance music sector.
