Bruno Mars is currently signed to Atlantic Records, a major record label under the Warner Music Group umbrella. He first signed with the label in 2009, marking the beginning of his mainstream success in the music industry.

Initially, Mars was signed to Motown Records in 2004, but he was dropped by the label before releasing any music. This early setback led him to focus on songwriting and producing for other artists through his production team, The Smeezingtons.

The partnership with Atlantic Records has proven incredibly successful for both parties. Under this label, Bruno Mars has released all four of his studio albums:

• Doo-Wops & Hooligans (2010)
• Unorthodox Jukebox (2012)
• 24K Magic (2016)
• An Evening with Silk Sonic (2021, with Anderson .Paak)

His contract with Atlantic Records extends beyond just album releases. The label also manages his singles, music videos, and various musical collaborations. This partnership has helped Mars achieve numerous accolades, including 11 Grammy Awards and over 200 million records sold worldwide.

Besides Atlantic Records, Mars also operates his own imprint called Gorilla Music, which functions under the Atlantic Records umbrella. This arrangement gives him more creative control over his music while maintaining the support and distribution network of a major record label.

The relationship between Bruno Mars and Atlantic Records continues to be active and successful, with both parties benefiting from their long-standing partnership in the music industry.
